Our world desperately needs those who will embark upon the painful and sacrificial journey of deep intercession. From the Towers materials the Lord has taken Jim Smith on a spiritual exploration of deep intercession and he has written of those experiences in the Painful Grace series, available on Kindle. A vision he received recently touches upon the deep spirituality and impact of rejoicing women, which has touched many and interest is growing.
We have sought publishers willing to publish the books, but so far without success. We have also been seeking venues and events where we could hold a stall to tell people what we are about – and we have had some success!
In August we hope to attend a Catholic Charismatic event in Sussex and are beginning preparations. We are starting from scratch and so will need presentation equipment (table and chairs), pop up banners, and need to get some of the books and materials printed, including flyers to hand out – all of which needs to be prepared – and will cost money.
So this is a call to prayer! Please pray for all the preparation that needs to happen over the coming weeks and months. Pray for wisdom in the materials to be written and prepared and for the best companies to be asked to supply. Most especially please pray for the resources needed to make it all happen.
There is a lot to be done and few of us to do it. We are seeking to overturn many decades which have eroded the Church’s ministry of intercession. It is no easy task and it is spiritual warfare! Please join with us in this campaign!
